Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your project agreement. Generally:

• Initial setup fees are due upon project commencement
• Monthly maintenance fees are billed in advance
• Additional services are billed upon completion
• Late payments may result in service suspension

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you will own the custom work created specifically for your project. We retain rights to any pre-existing code, frameworks, or tools used in your project. You grant us permission to use your project (with your approval) in our portfolio and marketing materials.

Project Timeline

Project timelines are estimates and may vary based on project complexity, client feedback, and unforeseen circumstances. We will communicate any significant delays and work with you to adjust timelines as needed.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information
• Timely feedback and approvals
• Providing necessary access to systems and accounts
• Ensuring content provided is legally compliant

Warranties and Disclaimers

We provide services "as is" and make no warranties, expressed or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation policies are outlined in your project agreement. Refunds for completed work are not available. For ongoing services, cancellation requires 30 days written notice. Setup fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.

Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify clients of significant changes. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
